4. Visualizing the Xilmass peptides to spectrum matches
Xilmass peptide-to-spectrum matches can be visually inspected with our GUI.

Make sure that Xilmass identifications have the same spectrum title, on your provided spectra folder.
1. Provide a folder which contains spectra and a file for Xilmass peptide-to-spectrum matches (PSM).
2. After clicking on the “create” button, all Xilmass PSMs will be mapped on the spectra.
