Pladipus-Blast
Pladipus-blast is a module for blast related operations.
Note that the discussed parameters are the ones mandatory for pladipus execution. For more detailed parameters, please refer to the respective pages.
1. BlastSetupStep
This step manages the storage of temporary input files. It downloads the files to a temp folder for downstream BLAST operations.

2. MakeBlastDbStep
This step preprocesses the input data and sets up a blast database. It renders sequence database files compatible with the BLAST algorithm.
The following parameters are required:

3. BlastStep
This step manages the execution of the BLAST command line. It requires the following parameters (next to the ones specified by the BLAST documentation).
